Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist with a background in commercial construction. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual who embodies a collaborative approach and demonstrates enthusiasm for promoting high-quality commercial properties with optimal return on investment.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Collaborating with the sales and project teams to develop marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audiences.
  • Creating compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content, to showcase the company's projects and capabilities.
  • Managing digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
  • Coordinating with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives, such as advertising campaigns, trade shows, and sponsorships.
  • Monitoring and analyzing marketing metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation, to measure effectiveness and inform decision-making.
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to support specific projects or initiatives.
  • Providing support for internal communications efforts, including employee newsletters, intranet content, and company events.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company messaging and values.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and construction.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the construction or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to craft engaging content and messages for different audiences.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events or project-related activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000 to $85,000 (will go much higher for the right candidate)
