Project Controller - Commercial Construction

Seeking a Construction Project Controller to perform project accounting tasks for construction projects in the field of accounts payable, payroll, or general accounting.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for daily operation of accounting applications
  • Prepare payment vendor and subcontractor invoices; prepare client invoices, prepare back charges, bank reconciliation and petty cash reconciliation.
  • Resolve discrepancies on invoices or reports
  • Make recommendations to supervisor for cost effective methods of accomplishing specific functions.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Experience:
  • Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
  • 3+ years construction accounting experience
