Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in multifamily construction projects.
2. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
5. Understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety protocols.
6. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
7. Availability to work on-site and travel as required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in multifamily construction.
3. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
