The Estimator collaborates closely with potential clients to develop comprehensive bid packages tailored to their specifications. Qualifications
  • Overseeing GC, CM, GMP, and Design-Build bidding processes Managing budgeting activities
  • Handling procurement and buyout processes
  • Conducting plan reviews
  • Facilitating value engineering exercises
  • Managing relationships with clients and trade partners
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating for light commercial and/or retail construction projects (or a minimum of 10 years of self-perform estimating for an interior drywall/carpentry company)
    A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture is also required.
