Responsibilities:

1. Construction Oversight: Supervise and coordinate multifamily construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in adherence to design specifications.
2. Wood Frame Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in wood frame construction methodologies, overseeing the successful execution of projects.
3. On-Site Leadership: Provide on-site leadership, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining a high level of quality in construction activities.
4. Scheduling: Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring efficient project delivery.
5. Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes, conducting inspections to ensure work meets industry standards.
6. Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a strong safety culture on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
7. Communication: Maintain open communication with project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and resolve issues.
