Responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct client appointments promptly.

• Collaborate closely with contractors, engineers, and architects to ensure precision in estimates.
• Make final determinations on estimates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Present estimates to clients professionally and in a timely manner.
• Provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
• Support the sales team in finalizing project transactions.
• Maintain meticulous records of all project-related documentation, including estimates, sales records, and project completion documents.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in estimating.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in creating polished presentations and reports on costing data.
