Job Title: Safety Manager
Location: Cocoa Beach

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Safety Manager to oversee safety protocols and procedures for a hotel project in Cocoa Beach. The Safety Manager will be responsible for implementing and enforcing safety standards to ensure the well-being of all workers and visitors on the construction site.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to address safety concerns and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide safety training and orientation to all staff and subcontractors.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for preventive measures.
• Maintain records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in construction safety.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Safety Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Certification in CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training (preferred).
