Job Description: Civil Engineer – Designer – Engineer in Training
Location: Myrtle Beach, SC

Our Client is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer – Designer – Engineer in Training to join our team in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed site development construction drawings and engineering designs for water, sewer, and storm drainage systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Manage permit applications and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Regularly interact with clients, requiring strong communication skills.
• Proficiently utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D software for design and drafting tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years designing land development projects using Civil 3D.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• EIT Certification, or eligibility to obtain EIT Certification within 6 months.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, and Friday, 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM.
• Strong multitasking abilities with effective prioritization skills.
• Client-focused attitude with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• Problem-solving capabilities and excellent time management skills.
