Our client is a leading firm specializing in commercial construction projects, committed to delivering exceptional quality and value. We are seeking a dynamic Construction Project Manager to join their team and lead their exciting projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Lead and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress, manage costs, and resolve any issues or delays.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Prepare and present regular project reports and updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree a plus -  Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field experience required
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Suite, Excel Project, SAGE 100 Accounting, Bluebeam.  - Heavy Excel based.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 based on relevant experience
