This role is for a Business Development Manager with some experience in commercial construction, architecture, or construction related engineering field. Seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, networking, and prospecting to achieve company goals. This role is based in Atlanta, GA, and will focus on expanding our market presence across the Southeast.

Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales goals.
- Meet with clients and prospects to close deals and generate new sales.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify clients and opportunities.
- Cultivate relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams for solutions.
- Assist with trade shows, client events, and business development activities.
Experience
A degree is required. Preferably in construction, architecture, or engineering.
Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial construction, architecture or construction related engineering required.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year plus commission
